National Bureau of Statistics informs that in 2018 the gross written premiums amounted to 1518,1 million lei, increasing by 5,3% compared to the gross premiums written in the 2017. Compensation and insurance indemnities paid amounted to 527,5 million lei, increasing by 7,4% compared to the payments made in the 2017.
