National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in July 2020, the industrial production (gross series) decreased by 2,4% compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, as a result of decrease of the manufacturing industry (-3,7%). The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), estimated for the 2nd quarter of 2020, in nominal value amounted to 44629 million lei current market prices. Compared to the 2nd quarter of 2019, GDP decreased by 14,0% on the gross series and by 11,5% on the seasonally adjusted series. Compared to the 1st quarter of 2020, GDP decreased by 7,0% on the seasonally adjusted series.
