Freight and passenger transportation in the Republic of Moldova in January-November 2018
National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in November 2018 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 2,0 mio. tonnes of goods, with 12,7% less than in the previous month and with 11,4% more compared to November 2017. The turnover of goods in November 2018 summed up 459,8 mio. tonne-km, with 0,8% less than in October 2018 and with 0,5% more compared to November 2017.
In January-November 2018 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 17,9 mio. tonnes of goods, with 10,2% more than in the corresponding period of the previous year. The turnover of goods summed up 4396,5 mio. tonne-km, with 3,9% more than in the corresponding period 2017.
