National Bureau of Statistics informs that exports of goods in June 2024 were amounted to 288,5 million USD, with an increase by 3,8% compared to May 2024 and a decrease by 8,9% compared to June 2023.
Exports of goods in January-June 2024, amounted to 1780,5 million USD, which is 12,8% less than in the corresponding period of 2023.
Exports of domestic goods in January-June 2024 amounted to 1360,1 million USD (76,4% of total exports), decreasing by 0,4% compared to the similar period in 2023, which influenced the decrease of the total value of exports by 0,3%.
Exports of goods to the countries of the European Union (EU-27) in January-June 2024 totaled 1157,8 million USD (7,5% less than in the corresponding period of 2023), accounting for 65,0% of total exports, with an increase by 3,7 percentage points than in January-June 2023.
Exports of goods to CIS 2 countries in January-June 2024 amounted to 140,7 million USD (14,5% less than the similar period in 2023), equivalent to a share of 7,9% in total exports, less by 0,1 percentage points compared to January-June 2023.
Imports of goods in June 2024 amounted to 693,0 million USD, 0,2% more compared to May 2024 and 4,1% more compared to June 2023.
Imports of goods in January-June 2024, totaled USD 4316,2 million, which is 1,3% more than in the corresponding period in 2023.
Imports of goods from the countries of the European Union (EU-27) in January-June 2024 amounted to 2111,7 million USD (0,1% compared to the same period in 2023), accounting for 48,9% of total imports, by 0,6 percentage points more compared to January-June 2023.
Imports of goods from CIS 2 countries in January-June 2024 amounted to 167,0 million USD (47,8% less than in the same period of 2023), equivalent to a share of 3,9% in total imports, less by 3,4 percentage points compared to January-June 2023.
