National Bureau of Statistics informs that in September 2023 producer prices in industry:

• decreased compared to August with 0,2%, the decrease in prices was mainly due to the decrease in prices on the domestic market (with 0,4%), while prices on the foreign market increased with 0,1%

• increased with 1,5% since the beginning of this year and with 9,0% compared to September 2022.

In the extractive industry, in September 2023 producer prices increased with 0,3% compared to current August, with 3,6% compared to December 2022 and with 3,1% compared to September 2022.

In the manufacturing industry, in September 2023 producer prices decreased with 0,2% compared to the current August, and compared to December 2022 prices increased with 1,5% and compared to September 2022 – with 5,3%.

In the energy sector, in September 2023 producer prices remained at the level of the current August, and compared to December 2022 prices increased with 0,2% and compared to September 2022 – with 43,9%.
