The activity of insurance companies in January-June 2017
National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January-June 2017 the gross written premiums amounted to 663,3 million lei, increasing by 5,6% compared to the gross premiums written during the same period of the previous year.
Compensation and insurance indemnities paid amounted to 242,5 million lei, increasing by 8,2% compared to the payments made in the corresponding period of 2016.
