The activity of insurance companies in January-September 2017
National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January-September 2017 the gross written premiums amounted to 1068,0 million lei, increasing by 5,3% compared to the gross premiums written during the same period of the previous year.
Compensation and insurance indemnities paid amounted to 336,6 million lei, decreasing by 4,7% compared to the payments made in the corresponding period of 2016.
