The activity of insurers in January-June 2021

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January-June 2021 the gross premiums charged constituted 878,3 million lei, increasing by 40,0% compared to the gross premiums charged in the corresponding period of previous year.

Insurance damages and compensations paid in January-June 2021 amounted 312,3 million lei and increased by 2,5% compared to the corresponding period of 2020.
