The touristic activity of tourism agencies and tour-operators in January-September 2016
The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-September 2016 tourism agencies and tour-operators provided tourism services to 197,9 thousand tourists and excursionists, with 5,3% less than in the corresponding period of 2015.
The reduction of the number of tourists and excursionists was caused by decrease of entrance tourism (-3,6%) and exit tourism (-8,4%). In the same time, the number of tourists increased in internal tourism with 13,4%.
