The touristic activity of tourism agencies and tour-operators in January-September 2017
The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-September 2017 tourism agencies and tour-operators provided tourism services to 239,3 thousand tourists and excursionists, with 21,2% more than in the corresponding period of 2016.
The growth of the number of tourists and excursionists was caused by increase of outbound tourism (+26,7%), inbound tourism (+22,7%). In the same time, the number of tourists decreased of internal tourism (-7,5%).
