National Bureau of Statistics communicates data on the activity of early education institutions in 2022.

The number of 1479 of active early education institutions, including 809 - nursery schools, 563 kindergartens, 89 school-kindergartens, 16 community centers and 2 nurseries was registered in the country by the end of 2022 year. By destination, 3 types of institutions were distinguished: 1467 - with general destination, 4 - sanatorials and 8 - with special destinations.
