External trade activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-August 2015

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-August 2015 exports of goods amounted 1284,8 mln. USD, while imports of goods amounted 2624,4 mln. USD. Compared to the same period of the 2014, exports decreased by 17,2% and imports by 23,0%. The trade balance deficit in January-August 2015 has been of 1339,6 mln. USD, lower by 514,6 mln. USD (-27,8%) than that recorded in the corresponding period of 2014.
