The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) produces various statistical data, most of which source from statistical surveys in economic units, household surveys and administrative data sources.

Data are collected from households when they cannot be obtained from any other source.

For the veracity of the data, it is important that as many respondents as possible are selected by sample.

By participating, you help us to produce high-quality statistics that are used for decision-making, research and general information to society.

The NBS guarantees the confidentiality of individual statistical data and their use for statistical purposes only.

Some of the most extensive household surveys carried out on an ongoing basis are the statistical surveys on labour force and household budgets.
