The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-March 2025, the volume of construction works increased compared to January-March 2024 by 18.7% (in comparable prices), as a result of the increase in the structural elements of the works, as follows:

• capital repairs by 59.7%;

• new construction by 10.0%;

• maintenance and current repairs by 8.6%;

• other construction works (demolition, land development up to construction, etc.) by 17.8%.
