The National Bureau of Statistics informs that in 2022:

• the number of active enterprises constituted 41,5 thousand enterprises, or 4,3% more than in 2021;

• the largest share in the total number of active enterprises was registered by enterprises in the sector of wholesale and retail trade, constituting 39,6% of the total number of active enterprises;

• data for 2021 have been revised based on additional information available for 2023.
