Freight and passenger transportation in the Republic of Moldova in January-May 2010

National Bureau of Statistics informs that in May 2010 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 686,6 thou. tonnes of goods with 20,4% more than in the previous month and with 8,2% more than in May 2009.

The turnover of goods in May 2010 summed up 239,0 mio tonne-km, with 1,6% less than in the previous month and with 9,9% more than in May 2009.
