The National Bureau of Statistics informs that in 2023, compared to the previous year:

• 1479 early education institutions activated;
• the number of children enrolled in early education institutions decreased by 3.8 thousand children (or by 2.8%);
• for 100 places in early education institutions there were on average 73 children enrolled (2 fewer children);
• the number of managers and teachers was 12.6 thousand, similar to 2022.
