The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, according to the preliminary results of the statistical survey "Labor Force Survey (LFS)", in the I quarter 2025 the labor force (active population aged 15 years and over) registered 807,9 thousand persons, which is 9,9% less than in the I quarter 2024.

The labor force participation rate of the population aged 15 and over (the share of the labor force aged 15 and over in the total population of the same age group) in the period of analysis was 40.9%, which is 3.9 p.p. lower than in the same period of the previous year (in Q1 2024 - 44.8%).
