On the series seasonally adjusted, Gross domestic product increased by 5,1% compared to the third quarter of 2018 and with 1,1% - compared to the second quarter of 2019.

At the beginning of the academic year 2019/20, the number of vocational technical education institutions was 91 units, including 13 centers of excellence, 36 colleges and 42 vocational schools. 43,6 thou. pupils study in technical vocational institutions, of which 12,4 thou. - in centers of excellence and 17,7 thou. pupils each in vocational schools and 13,5 thou. - in colleges. The educational and training activity of technical vocational education is ensured by 3,9 pedagogical staff.
