Statistical forms
Statistical questionnaires (reports, surveys) serve as a basic tool for data collection in statistical observations (surveys). They are designed and approved by National Bureau of Statistics and are mandatory to be submitted by all statistical respondents (legal entities and individuals) included in the respective statistical surveys. The NBS guarantees the confidentiality of individual statistical data and their use only for statistical purposes.
Not submitting on time, with errors or incomplete statistical data constitutes a contravention and is sanctioned according to art.330 of the Contravention Code of the Republic of Moldova.
