The National Bureau of Statistics, in cooperation with the Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative and with the support of the United Nations Development Programme, developed the draft methodology for calculating the Multidimensional Poverty Index, based on the Alkire-Foster methodology applied worldwide and taking into account the national context.

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that according to the results of the Labor Force Survey, the underemployed labor force for the age of 15 years and older constituted 62,4 thousand persons in the first quarter of 2022, decreasing by 23,3% compared to the first quarter of 2021 and by 21,3% compared to the first quarter of 2020.
