Goal 1: No poverty

en-sdg-goal-01.png.pngGoal 1: End poverty in all its forms everywhere

The 2030 Agenda promotes a sustainable reduction of poverty with the most appropriate measures to support households with low incomes. This implies appropriate social policies that should reach the poor and not only provide complementary financial resources for subsistence but also empower the poor socially and economically. Also, the 2030 Agenda aims to reduce the vulnerability of those who can fall below the poverty line through increased access to property, resources and information.
