Foreign trade activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-September 2009

The National Bureau of Statistics presents data regarding the foreign trade activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-September 2009.

Exports of goods in September 2009 registered a value of 106,3 mln. US dollars, which is 8,4% more than in the previous month and 31,2% less than in September 2008.

In January-September 2009 exports have summed up 896,4 mln. US dollars, with 25,1% less compared to the respective period in 2008.

Imports of goods in September 2009 registered a value of 286,2 mln. US dollars, which is 22,3% more than in the previous month and 34,6% less than in September 2008.

In January-September 2009 imports have summed up 2282,8 mln. US dollars, with 37,8% less compared to the respective period in 2008.
