Freight and passenger transportation in the Republic of Moldova in January-July 2015

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in July 2015 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 1092,7 thou. tonnes of goods, with 7,3% more than in the previous month and with 16,1% less compared to July 2014. The turnover of goods in July 2015 summed up 326,9 mio. tonne-km, with 4,5% more than in the previous month and with 10,0% less compared to July 2014.

In January-July 2015 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 6439,8 thou. tonnes of goods, with 7,7% less than in the corresponding period of the previous year. The turnover of goods summed up 2087,0 mio. tonne-km, with 7,1% less than in the January-July 2014.
