National Bureau of Statistics informs that, according to the results of the survey ,,Labour Force Survey” (LFS), in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the third quarter of the same year:

• the labour force (active population aged 15 years and over) was 830,9 thousand persons, decreasing by 6.3%;

• the employed population aged 15 and over was 806.4 thousand persons, decreasing by 5.8%;

• the employment rate was 40.8%, decreasing by 2.6 percentage points (43.4% in Q3 2025);

• the unemployment rate for the country as a whole amounted to 2.9%, decreasing by 0.6 percentage points (3.5% in the third quarter of 2025).
