National Bureau of Statistics informs that, according to the results of the survey ,,Labour Force Survey (LFS), in 2024":

• the labour force (active population aged 15 years and over) was 889.1 thousand persons, which is 4.3% less than in 2023;

• the employed population aged 15 and over was 853.9 thousand persons, down by 3.7% compared to 2023;

• the unemployment rate for the country as a whole was 4.0%, decreasing by 0.6 percentage points compared to the level of the 2023.
