Main Economic and Social Indicators for the BSEC Countries, 2025 edition, prepared by TurkStat

The publication "Main Economic and Social Indicators for the BSEC Countries, 2023", 2025 edition, was prepared by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) in collaboration with the national statistical offices of all member states of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization (BSEC) and contains statistical data on BSEC member countries.
The BSEC was established in 1992 and currently has 13 member states: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Greece, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova, North Macedonia, Romania, the Russian Federation, Serbia, Türkiye, and Ukraine. Türkiye held the BSEC Chairmanship-in-Office from 1 July 2023 to 1 January 2024.
The publication provides a comparative overview of the main economic and social indicators of the BSEC member countries for 2023, including data on gross domestic product, population, employment, foreign trade, industry, as well as other economic and social indicators. The information presented contributes to a better understanding of economic and social trends in the Black Sea region and serves as a useful tool for statistical analysis, research, and regional cooperation.
