The volume index of industrial production in comparison with January-October 2008 constituted 75,9%, in comparable prices. In October 2009 in comparison with October 2008 this index constituted 77,4%.

National Bureau of Statistics announces that agricultural production, in all types of households, in January-September 2009 registered 89,8% against the respective period of the previous year. The decrease of global agricultural production was determined by the decrease of vegetal production - with 17,0%, while animal production registered an increase of 8,6% in comparison with January-September 2008.
