National Bureau of Statistics presents a new edition of the statistical publication "Moldova in figures". This edition comes with updated and improved content and design, in order to facilitate understanding of statistical data by the general public and to increase their use and usefulness.
National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in April 2023 industrial production (gross series) decreased compared to the corresponding month of the previous year by 10,7%. The decrease in production in April 2023 compared to April 2022 was caused by decreases in the extractive industry (-31,7%) and in manufacturing (-17,6%) generating decreases in total industry production of 0,8% and 15,5% respectively.
