The number of live-births by age group of the mother, live-birth order and area in 2012

National Bureau of Statistics informs, that the number of live-births in 2012 was 39435 persons, which is 253 (0,6%) more than in 2011. The birth rate constituted 11,1 live-births per 1000 inhabitants, in rural areas being higher (11,9‰) than in urban areas (10,0‰).
