The situation of children in the Republic of Moldova in 2023

National Bureau of Statistics presents information on the situation of children in 2023.

As of January 1, 2024, the number of children aged 0-17 in the Republic of Moldova accounted for 508,7 thousand, or 21,0% of the total number of the population with usual residence.
