The given paper presents an analysis of women’s and men’s situation on the labour market of the Republic of Moldova through gender analysis perspective. The statistical data used in the paper are obtained based on the statistical research carried out within households – Labour Force Survey (LFS). In accordance with the international recommendations, LFS is the main data source which reflects gender aspect relations in labour market statistics.
