Freight and passenger transportation in the Republic of Moldova in January-March 2015

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in March 2015 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 918,0 thou. tonnes of goods, with 9,8% more than in the previous month and with 3,9% less compared to March 2014. The turnover of goods in March 2015 summed up 345,2 mio. tonne-km, with 27,7% more than in the previous month and with 3,4% less compared to March 2014.

In January-March 2015 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 2376,3 thou. tonnes of goods, with 4,5%  more than in the corresponding period of the previous year. The turnover of goods summed up 827,0 mio. tonne-km, with 5,3% less than in the January-March 2014.
