The National Bureau of Statistics informs that in August 2022, the industrial production (gross series) increased compared to the corresponding month of the previous year by 2,4%. The increase in production in August 2022 compared to August 2021 was determined by increases in the manufacturing industry with +2,7% (generating the increases of production on total industry with 2,4%) and in the production and supply of electricity and heat, gas, hot water and air conditioning - with 0,6%. In the same time the production in extractive industry registered a decrease with 1,1%.
