National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in the  quarter II 2016 the economically active population (employed population and unemployed persons) of the Republic of Moldova was 1 362,9 thousand persons, more with 1,8% (23,7 thou.) compared to the  quarter II 2015. The structure of the active population has not changed significantly: 96,0% are employed persons and 4,0% - unemployed.
