National Bureau of Statistics informs that, according to the results of the survey ,,Labour Force Survey (LFS), in the third quarter 2024":

• the labour force (active population aged 15 years and over) was 910,2 thousand persons, which is 3.9% less than in the third quarter of 2023;

• the employed population aged 15 and over was 877.0 thousand persons, 3.4% less than in third quarter 2023;

• the unemployment rate for the country as a whole amounted to 3.6%, decreasing by 0.5 percentage points, compared to the third quarter of 2023 (4.1%).
