The spot contest was organized on 22-24 May, 2009 by the Chisinau Territorial Trade Union Association of the Federation of Trade Unions of Public Service Employees and was held at he Camping Vadul lui Voda. The competing teams (counting 15 teams) participated in seven contests.
Sales indices of agricultural production prices
National Bureau of Statistics inform that the average sale prices of agricultural products by agricultural enterprises in January-March 2009 compared to the correspondent period of the previous year have decreased with 47,4%.
National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January-April 2009 enterprises of railway, road, river and air transport, have transported 2186,6 thou. tonnes of goods, or 36,8% of the total volume realized in same period of the previous year. National Bureau of Statistics informs that in I-st Quarter 2009, the economically active population (employed population and unemployed persons) of the Republic of Moldova was 1181,0 thousand persons, slightly less with 3,3% compared to the I-st Quarter 2008. Industrial production price indices
National Bureau of Statistics informs that in April 2009 the prices in total for industry have increased compared to March 2009 with 0,6%. In comparison with December 2008 the industrial production price index has decreased with 3,2%, and with 4,3% in comparison with April 2008.
National Bureau of Statistics presents data on administrative law violations in 2008. In year 2008 were registered 571,9 thou. violation of law, wich is 23,2% less than in year 2007.
The National Bureau of Statistics presents data regarding the Consumer Price Indices (the level of inflation). In April 2009 compared to March 2009 the Consumer Price Indices (IPC) registered 100,3%, and 99,7% compared to April 2008 (in April 2008 compared to March 2008 IPC registered 101,6% and 116,2% compared to April 2007).
Exports of commodities in March 2009 registered a value of 111,9 mln. US dollars, with 15,4% more in comparison to previous month and with 16,8% less compared to March 2008. Imports of commodities in March 2009 registered a value of 322,3 mln. US dollars, with 25,1% more in comparison to previous month and with 22,1% less compared to March 2008.

National Bureau of Statistics presents data regarding the evolution and structure of the works performed by construction organizations in January-March 2009. In January-March 2009, in the Republic of Moldova, construction organizations performed construction–assembly works in the value of 500,7 million MDL (in current prices) that represent 58,7% (in comparable prices) against the level registered in the same period of the previous year.

In January-March 2009 the average salary of one employee in national economy constituted 2569,1 MDL and it increased compared to the same period of the previous year with 12%. The real salary in the same period of time increased with about 9%. In the budgetary sector the average salary was 2208,6 MDL, and icreased against the January-March 2008 with 23%.

The decrease of the volume of transported goods has been registered by railway (-69,4%), road transport (-52,5%) and air (-14,2%) transport.
National Bureau of Statistics announces that agricultural production in all types of households in quarter I 2009, according to preliminary estimations, was about 1019 million MDL in current prices, registering 103,7% in comparable prices against the same period of the previous year. The increase of global agricultural production was determined by the essential increase of animal production - with 3,6% and of vegetal production - with 6,9%.
