The touristic activity of the tourism agencies and tour-operators in January-March 2021

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-March 2021 the tourism agencies and tour-operators provided tourism services to 39,0 thousand tourists and excursionists, with 5,6% more than in the corresponding period of 2020.

The increased of the number of tourists and excursionists was caused by the increase of the number of participants of domestic tourism by 5998 tourists (+76,9%). In the same time, the number of participants in inbound tourism (-68.4%) and outbound tourism (-20.4%) decreased.
