External trade activity of the Republic of Moldova in January-March 2016

National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-March 2016 exports of goods amounted 417,2 mln. USD, while imports of goods amounted 889,4 mln. USD. Compared to the same period of the 2015, exports decreased by 14,5% and imports by 8,9%.

The trade balance deficit in January-March 2016 has been of 472,2 mln. USD, lower by 16,1 mln. USD (-3,3%) than that recorded in the corresponding period of 2015.
