National Bureau of Statistics informs that, according to the results of the survey ,,Labour Force Survey (LFS), in the third quarter 2023":

• the labour force (active population aged 15 years and over) was 947.1 thousand persons, which is 5.0% more than in the third quarter of 2022;

• the employed population aged 15 and over was 907.9 thousand persons, up by 3.2% compared to the third quarter of 2022;

• the unemployment rate for the country as a whole was 4.1%, increasing by 1.6 percentage points compared to the level of the third quarter of 2022 (2.5%).
