Exports of goods in July 2025 were amounted to 347,0 million USD, with 30,3% more than in June 2025 and with 21,8% more compared to July 2024. Imports of goods in July 2025 amounted to 905,1 million USD, with 6,1% more compared to June 2025 and with 14,8% more compared to July 2024.

This evolution was due to the increase in the number of passengers transported by air (+34.0%), trolleybus (+22.5%), river (+7.1%) and road transport (+5.9%).

The National Bureau of Statistics informs that insurance companies in January-June 2025 received accrued gross premiums in the amount of 1593.0 mln. lei, increasing by 2.6% compared to the same period of the previous year, recorded revenues and expenses higher than those in the corresponding period of 2024, respectively by 7.9% and 10.6%, paid out insurance indemnities and compensations in the amount of 660.2 mln. lei, or 23.9% more than in the first half of 2024.
