Industrial production price indices
National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in October 2019 the producer prices in industry decreased with 0,1% compared to September 2019, and increased with 2,5% compared to October 2018 and with 2,4% compared to December 2018.
The National Bureau of Statistics informs that, in January-September 2019 tourism agencies and tour-operators provided tourism services to 319,2 thousand tourists and excursionists, with 15,3% more than in the corresponding period of 2018. The growth of the number of tourists and excursionists was caused by increase of inbound tourism, internal tourism and outbound tourism.

Sales indices of agricultural production prices
National Bureau of Statistics informs that producer prices of agricultural products in January-September 2019 registered 99,3% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year.
National Bureau of Statistics informs that in January-September 2019, 2315 building permits for residential and non-residential buildings were issued, less with 8,6% compared to January-September 2018.
National Bureau of Statistics informs that, global agricultural production, in all types of households in January-September 2019 summed up 24141 mio. Lei, that is 103,2% in comparable prices compared to January-September 2018. The growth of global agricultural production was determined by the increase of vegetal production with 7,4% and a decrease of livestock production - with 4,9%.

About 60% of the total number of elderly people are women. Every third person is aged between 60-64 years and 11,3% are people who are more than 80 years old.
