The National Bureau of Statistics informs that according to the results of the Labour Force Survey (LFS) in the first quarter of 2023 the underutilized labour force amounted to 121,8 thousand persons or 12,8% of the total extended labour force (in the first quarter of 2022 - 7,2%). The underutilization rate for men was 14,1%, for women - 11,5%, and respectively in urban areas - 9,5% and in rural areas - 15,9%.
