In academic year 2022/23, the number of vocational technical education institutions was 90 units, including 13 centers of excellence (inclusive 1 private institution), 36 colleges ((inclusive 6 private institutions) and 41 vocational schools.

At the beginning of the academic year 2022/23, the number of pupils study in technical vocational institutions was 46,0 thousand students, of which 12,8 thou. - in centers of excellence, 20,0 thou. - in colleges and 13,2 thou. students each in vocational schools. 

The educational and training activity of technical vocational education is ensured by 3,8 pedagogical staff.
