National Bureau of Statistics informs that, according to the results of the Labour Force Survey (LFS), in the third quarter of 2024:

• labour underutilization rate was 7,7%, increasing by 1,5 percentage points compared to the corresponding quarter of 2023 (9,2%);

• the ILO unemployment rate was 3,6%, increasing by 0,5 percentage points than in the third quarter of 2023;

• the combined rate of underemployment and unemployment was 5,7%, decreasing by 0,4 percentage points compared to the third quarter of 2023(6,1%);

• the combined rate of unemployment and potential labour force rate at country level was 6,0%, increasing by 1.8 percentage points compared to third quarter of 2023.
